Do you want to discover new forms of movement, develop strength, stability and toning, and gain confidence while getting a fabulous High-Impact Cardio Workout in a positive environment? It is time to renew YOU with FABFlow Belly Dance, a multi-level Belly Dance Class with a touch of flare for all levels of dancers whether you are a novice or a professional.

Rebecca has been teaching her FABFlow for 17 years. Rebecca’s FABFlow teaching philosophy focuses on muscle memory by breaking down each move to its component elements for clarity and understanding then building each move up to variations and proper technique. She emphasizes the importance of weight changes for seamless movement, proper breathing to complete moves accurately and effortlessly, and muscle usage of the entire body for strength and toning and flowing in high impact aerobics.

 Rebecca moves the class through a warmup that focuses on dynamic mobility exercises with a series of belly dance movements and combinations that vary from week to week and ends with a cool down.  Strengthening exercises. posture emphasis, dance vocabulary and basic music interpretation are incorporated into every class.

 Rebecca’s teaching philosophy focuses on muscle memory by breaking down each move to its component elements for clarity and understanding then building each move up to variations and proper technique. She emphasizes the importance of weight changes for seamless movement and muscle usage of the entire body for feminine strength and toning.  For students who would like to take their dancing skills to the stage, Rebecca is the perfect mentor and loves to share her knowledge and guidance to help her students get to the level they want to be and when performance opportunities present themselves you can often see her students participating in performances with her at local venues.

 Belly dance is a fabulous and powerful way to lose weight, burn calories, strengthen the core, and sculpt the body. Everyone is welcome into a supportive dance environment.

 Suggested Attire:  Please wear comfortable clothing appropriate for dance class, such as yoga pants and an exercise top.  Bring a scarf, coin or beaded belt to tie around your hips.  Belly dance is typically done barefoot.

 FABFLow:  Level 1 (Multi-Level Group Class Instruction)

Multi-level Belly Dance Class ranges from beginners to advanced Students. Includes high-impact aerobics with basic alignment, posture, flexibility, coordination, core moves & technique, stylization, stretches, shimmies, isolations, graceful arms, traveling steps and easy to follow dance combinations.
